I spent time talking to some friends about:
- How I could improve the UI/UX
- Which features feel unnecessary
- Where users might get stuck
- And what would actually make their lives easier
It’s amazing how quickly blind spots show up once you get an outside perspective.

- Simplify the interface
- Refactor a few key interactions
