It's actually very neat. Good job!
Something to add would be the "snip to section" whilst scrolling.
I mean, click one of the links in the navigator. You'll get scrolled down and right into its full section, like "snipped" to it. Though, while scrolling, you can see both the previous section and the next one. I believe it'd be smoother with a snip to section here.
Anywho, a blanktemplate with those effects (basically everything on your site and this above) with only small sample content in it could be benefitial for people, so if you strive for open-source then that's a first step to go. I know I would use it.

Nice and very elegant for 1 page website. Yes, design is impressive and stylish for Italian restaurant. Let me make tell from PC view - If you will tap "menu" for example you will miss menu and you need to go to the top manually. The arrow icon on right to tap and immediatelly to go to the top could be helpful.
I will try to open in mobile to tell something else.

I promised to give you mobile feedback. Look at the screen and just tell how to close the menu. For example you open menu at the begin, tap something, went there and... Right, there is no closing cross. To close menu you should move to the top. It is not functional really so with this stupid bug your theme cannot be considered as made.
