As much as I hate to admit to myself that being on an interview is a critical soft skill, this is that one pill that I find it hard to swallow, but badly need it. Hlad this came through my feed.
Hope you found this useful! It is definitely a skill, but the good news is that we can grow those skills. It takes some practice and often getting out of our comfort zone, but we can always get better.
