Hey all!
My name is Jonny and I'm a well-travelled backend software engineer currently based in Paris, France, having previously worked in Canada, Brazil, Ireland, and the UK.
The majority of my experience has been on the Microsoft stack with C# and Azure, from working on productivity software to the AAA games industry. In the past year, though, I made the switch to Django Python with a bit of Ruby on Rails thrown in for good measure.
I'm really looking forward to learning from/discussing with you all on a variety of topics like software architecture and the latest ideas in software development, and hopefully even contribute myself!
Feel free to drop me a message if you'd like to connect, collaborate, or just generally bounce ideas off of!
Welcome!

Hey all!
I'm Pranav Third-year computer science student, future -> developing cool things, with 19 years' experience of life. My passion for cool stuff brought me to the Artificial Intelligence course which seemed cool to me from the start so now I am working on my bachelor's degree in VPPCOE.
Currently, I am not focusing on anything other than exploring ever new bit of tech and new things...
With a lifetime of curiosity fuelling me, I'm a constant explorer, delving into diverse fields:
->Tech (Rustasian🦀) 💻: From Mobile Apps to Web Apps, I embrace the digital frontier.
->Hardware 🛠️: Competing in WRO(World Robot Olympiad)and building drones are just the beginning.
->Creative 🎨: Blender and DaVinci Resolve are my canvas for artistic expression.
->Miscellaneous 🌐: Crafting gaming servers, rooting, and flashing phones keep my tech spirit alive..
One of the cool things I made is my Portfolio. Check it out:

Hello, my name is Emmanuel De La Paz. I want to learn about the fascinating and wonderful world of programming. Currently, I am focused on the fundamentals of Python, and I am learning about the fastai library and deep learning.
I want to continue learning more and refine my knowledge here on Dev.to. I know it's a great community where we always strive to learn and share knowledge with anyone who seeks it.
I am at the service of anyone who needs me, and you can also visit my space to learn, just like I do. Thanks to everyone.
Greetings all!
My name is Trey*. I am a molecular biologist (phd, 30yrs career) changing my career path at this late stage. I start a web development bootcamp at UC Berkeley/Edx soon. My background in web development and coding is minimal. I learned Perl, Javascript, CSS and HTML (20yrs ago!) to help with some research I was doing, but that's it. I loved it. I've decided to move in that direction (and I'm finishing up two books, so keeping busy)
I'm married with two grown daughters and live on the Big Island of Hawaii. I've lived in San Francisco, Germany, Korea, D.C, etc in my long life :). Gardening is a lifelong hobby, astronomy is my new hobby.
Looking forward to learning and this new path!
*Edited to add: Warren is my given name, Trey is a nickname (from being the 'third' Warren after father and grandfather)
Great to have you Warren!
Hello everyone! 👋👋
This is Marco, a C++ aficionado from Italy!
I work on AI at Tetra Pak 🧃(maybe some of our packages are in your fridge 😃), trying to make our machines a bit smarter! Previously, my C++ served the Ferrari F1 team🏎️ for ~9 years and I put my hands on telemetry and simulation software.
Behind the scenes, I am a 10-year experienced community manager 🥳: I have founded and directed the Italian C++ Community, Coding Gym and ML Modena. I am used to organizing events and meetups every month and sometimes I give talks.
I've been blogging since 2011 and I've just discovered this awesome community!
My experience is mostly on C++, C and C# full stack development, even though I prefer backend and libraries. Recently I worked on C++ real-time image acquisition and computer vision, using things like OpenCV, OnnxRuntime, Eigen, gRPC, and docker for deployment 📦
I am currently working on a new blog series about designing a message passing-styled application in C++ using SObjectizer. I am going to publish the first article this week 🤞
Feel free to drop me a line!
