Hey friends! Today on The Adventures of Blink, we wrap up our our Breakout clone - we'll learn how to turn a python script into an executable and then how to post a project to itch.io.
If you're the kind of person who waits to start a series until you can binge the whole thing... now is your moment! Come by, 👍🏻 and subscribe, and learn to build with me!
The Adventures will return this Fall... but come back here next week for the usual offseason blog posts! See ya 'round!

Really cool to see a full series go all the way from game logic to packaging and publishing — that final “ship it” step is the part a lot of beginner tutorials skip. Turning a Python project into an actual executable always feels a little like wizardry the first time 😄.
I also like that you included itch.io deployment, because learning distribution is just as important as learning syntax. Projects become much more motivating when people can actually download and play them.
Excited to see what you build next season. Feel free to check my profile and connect — always happy to discuss Python game dev, tooling, and build workflows with fellow builders.
I appreciate the kind words! S5 has been a ton of fun... mostly a chance to "cleanse the palate" a bit before getting all "business value" again 😏. Now that I'm headed into the offseason, the blog will be a lot more writing - and I've got some posts lined up that I'm super excited to share with the world!
Thank you very much.
I would like to discuss this excellent matter in detail.
Thank you.
