.htaccesssupport though.Currently I use Netlify, Vercel, Glitch and 5apps deploy.
Edit: for backend, I use Glitch and I might just start using firebase

They have a really good CDN and support Next js framework.
Netlify for an CRA apps and Vercel for NextJS Apps
